President Obama and his team have delayed the Immigration Reform work until after the november elections. Earlier President Obama vowed to take Executive Actions before the end of summer in the face of Congress inaction towards Immigration Reform.
The U.S. Immigration Reform Bill, if passed, would triple the number of H1-B Visa available 180,000. Many argue such a move would help boost U.S. Economy and fill the gaps where special skills are required for certain jobs. In the absence of the reform, President Obama focused on Executive Orders, his Executive Authority, to push changes in the much necessary immigration reform.
